Flavors
-
January
Coffee & Walnut
Inspired by Mary Berry’s coffee & walnut cake, these scones feature coffee-infused cream in both the dough and the coffee drizzle.
-
February
Miso Caramel
A friend asked if I could translate the miso caramel cookies into scone form and given her reaction I knew I wanted to share them with you too. Ripples of brown sugar miso caramel and a crunchy sugar top.
-
March
Cherry Chocolate Chip
Bright red maraschino cherries and semi-sweet chocolate chips for the cheeriest, nostalgic treat. A tribute to the cherry chips one of my best friends loved so much growing up.
-
April
Za’atar, Honey & Feta
One of my favorite bread books features a recipe for za’atar, honey, feta buns and it absolutely blew me away. Herby za’atar, salty feta, and sweet honey create a perfectly balanced depth of flavor.
-
May
Blueberry
Our May tradition and most popular scone flavor. Fluffy scones, juicy blueberry, crunchy sugar. Always delicious.
-
June
Earl Grey
There is nothing I love like a cup of tea and Earl Grey was my go to for years. Black tea and fragrant bergamont make this tea instantly recognizeable and widely beloved. We’ve featured earl grey cookies (one of the most popular cookie club flavors yet) and cakes, so now scone lover’s get their turn as well

July
Peaches & Cream
Is there anything like biting into a perfectly ripe peach on a hot summer day? Juicy chunks of peaches throughout rich scone dough, topped with a subtle creamy glaze. Enjoy with a tall glass of peach iced tea or a scoop of vanilla ice cream (or both!)
-
August
Cookie Dough
End of summer fun and back to school season both call for cookies. Brown sugar chocolate chip scone dough with a cookie crumble topping.
-
September
Zucchini Bread
Zucchini, to me, seems like the perfect transitional food to mark the transition from summer to autumn squashes. Zucchini bread is so subtle and so perfect for breakfast or afternoon snack and, since scones are the same, they’re the perfect crossover. Psst. hints of nutmeg and cinnamon too

October
Snickers
A friend of mine is perpetually disappointed by snickerdoodle cookies because they don’t taste anything like Snickers bars. So, in honor of her birthday month, Snickers scones! Chocolate scone dough, salty peanuts, and caramel drizzle.
-
November
Cranberry Cornbread
Two Thanksgiving classics combined for scones with a hint of crunch, a hint of sweet, and plenty of satisfying flavor. Cornmeal dough gets a bountiful handful of cranberries and a honey egg wash for a slightly sweet finish.

December
Yuzu White Chocolate
I first had yuzu courtesy of a tea advent calendar and it is also the perfect counter point to white chocolate. Bold, bright, and zingy- yuzu glaze is softened by a scone dough brimming with subtle, creamy chunks of white chocolate.
